Velvet Swing uses an airless pump bottle to minimize the introduction of outside air, which helps maintain cleanliness, potency, and stability. This type of bottle doesn't have a tube inside; instead, the bottom of the bottle moves up, pushing the product out of the nozzle. If your bottle isn't dispensing product, turn it upside down and pump the nozzle rapidly for 30-60 seconds and the problem should resolve.
